After graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and working as an Investigator for the Federal Government for nearly fifteen years, Theresa received her Juris Doctor with Distinction from Ohio Northern University in 2007 and became licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio that same year.  Theresa has also been licensed to practice law in Arizona since 2018.

Theresa has been a general practice attorney in northwest Ohio since 2007. Her practice currently focuses on estate planning and administration, real estate, business, and elder law. She is also a licensed Title Insurance Agent in Ohio. She previously served as solicitor for several villages in Putnam County.

Theresa has been actively involved in Putnam County over the years and is currently a member of the Putnam County Bar Association and of the Ohio State Bar Association. She has been involved with the Ottawa and Ottoville Chambers of Commerce, Ottawa Kiwanis, a board member for the United Way and serves as a lector, as well as on the Finance Committee, for Immaculate Conception Parish.

Theresa resides in Ottoville with her husband, Darrell. She has three grown children and loves traveling to spend time with them. She also enjoys reading (listening to audio books), biking, and hiking.
